Our Addiction Treatment PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Serves Adult Women and Men.

PHP Provides Seven Days-Per-Week of Intensive Outpatient Treatment & Recovery-Supportive Programming

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care is between residential treatment and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). PHP is sometimes used as a transitional step after clients complete residential treatment, but not always. For some patients, PHP is the highest level of care they will need.

Our PHP combines seven days per week of intensive outpatient programming and recovery supportive services to give clients an unusually high level of support and engagement. We know that the transition between treatment and independent living can be the most challenging. We have designed a PHP that helps people build skills and resources to support lasting recovery.

Foundry Outpatient Steamboat is conveniently located in Steamboat Springs’ Alpine Plaza. Our private offices are comfortable, our clinicians are licensed and experienced, and our programming hours are convenient.

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a short distance from our PHP residence.
